Cancellation Policy

For reservation dates of January through April

Reservations cancelled more than 1 week (7 days or more) prior to 3 pm on your reserved arrival date will receive a full refund of your deposit, less a $50.00 administrative fee.

Reservations cancelled within 1 week (2-6 days) prior to 3 pm on your reserved arrival date will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of 3 pm on your reserved arrival date, or in case of a no-show, will be charged 100% of the reserved stay.

For reservation dates of May through December

Reservations cancelled more than 2 weeks (14 days or more) prior to 3 pm on your reserved arrival date will receive a full refund of your deposit, less a $50.00 administrative fee.

Reservations cancelled within 2 weeks (3-13 days) prior to 3 pm on your reserved arrival date will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

Reservations cancelled within 1-2 days prior to 3 pm on your reserved arrival date, or in the case of no-show, will be charged 100% of the reserved stay.

Weather-related reservations are refunded in full only if traffic (other than emergency vehicles) is prohibited from traveling on federal highways in the greater New York or Philadelphia region.

 

The hotel is open and we are happy to accommodate guests who wish to stay and enjoy the beautiful area.

We offer light dining on our porch and with limited seating indoors from our Bar Louis menu on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings and brunch on Sunday. Food and beverage service hours may vary, so please call for the most current hours and menu. We continue to provide our deluxe continental breakfast to our guests in the hotel. Most other restaurants in and near Milford, several within walking distance of the hotel, are open for both indoor and outdoor dining.
