Donation Requests

The Hotel Fauchère, our affiliated properties, and our staff recognize and appreciate the unique opportunity we have to help our community. And we are committed to doing just that.

Each year, we support scores of organizations through in-kind donations, usually via food or gift certificates, to various fundraising events. We do not provide cash contributions.

Every year, we receive a large volume of requests for donations (nearly 1,000 per year), and unfortunately cannot fulfill them all. In response to the high volume of requests received, we have established the following guidelines to assist with donation requests.

If you are interested in obtaining a donation from the Hotel Fauchère, 403 Broad, Bar Louis, and/or the Delmonico Room, please read the following guidelines.

If your organization is eligible, please submit a formal donation request through our form below.

No requests will be received in-person, by telephone, by fax or via U.S. mail; only those requested through our online system will be considered. The decision to make a donation is at the discretion of the company’s management.


Your organization must be a charitable, tax-exempt or non-profit organization.

Priority will be given to organizations serving the greater Milford/Pike County community.

Priority will be given to requests supported in writing by employees of Fauchère Hospitality, Inc., and/or by our guests.

All donation requests must be submitted in writing, on the requesting organization’s letterhead, and received at least four (4) weeks prior to the event date.

Phoned or faxed requests will not be accepted or acknowledged.

Any incomplete requests will not be considered.

To accommodate as many requests as possible, the Hotel Fauchère can only make one donation per calendar year/school year to any single organization.

Although we wish that we could fulfill all requests, submitting a request does not guarantee that your organization will receive a donation.

If approved, all donations are subject to availability and will be fulfilled within one week of the event.

Once your request has been processed, a representative will contact you regarding your donation pick-up.

The hotel is open and we are happy to accommodate guests who wish to stay and enjoy the beautiful area.

We offer light dining on our porch and with limited seating indoors from our Bar Louis menu on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings and brunch on Sunday. Food and beverage service hours may vary, so please call for the most current hours and menu. We continue to provide our deluxe continental breakfast to our guests in the hotel. Most other restaurants in and near Milford, several within walking distance of the hotel, are open for both indoor and outdoor dining.
