Hotel Fauchère’s Chef de Cuisine Bryce Stevenson is of Ojibwe heritage and grew up on the Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewa reservation in northern Wisconsin. He is part of a growing food sovereignty movement led by Native American chefs and others to reintroduce indigenous dishes and ingredients. He will serve an exceptional seven-course dinner, with special guests, Margaret Noodin and Michael Zimmerman Jr, who will share music, poetry and speak to the history of indigenous peoples, the land we inhabit and the foods we share.
