Bar Louis at The Hotel Fauchère

Located on the ground level of the hotel, Bar Louis is an elegant, stylish and contemporary environment for casual dining from lunch through late-night, with great cocktails and music. Bar Louis’ innovative menu features signature dishes like Chef Michael’s Sushi Pizza and Malanga Chips, but also classics from Onion Soup to Steak Frites, plus burgers, fish, fowl, hand-made pasta and vegetarian entrees.

The sleek space was designed by architect William Reue to be “subtle, timeless and elegant.” One of our guests’ favorite details: an enormous photograph of Andy Warhol and John Lennon, taken by Christopher Makos, that sits behind the bar. The rest of the bar has photography by the Hilton Brothers, a collaboration between Makos and photographer Paul Solberg.

    Dinner Daily from 5 pm.

    • December through June; kitchen closes at 8:00 pm Sunday through Thursday, 9:30 pm Friday and Saturday
    • July through November; kitchen closes at 9:30 pm Sunday through Thursday, 10:30 pm Friday and Saturday

    Lunch is served daily, April through November, from 11 am to 5 pm or, weather permitting outside on the Porch.  December through March lunch is served on Fridays only from 11 am to 5 pm

    Brunch is served Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 3 pm in Bar Louis, the Delmonico Room, or weather permitting outside on the porch
